In this unit the final raising process for the flat chips of dough will take place. The circular dough chips move by belt which have special profile fixed in the center to guarantee their balance. The inner space is totally isolated by mobile transparent plexi glass window that facilitate the cleaning process. Further more, the belts move with a multi speed motor to obtain an adequate raising degree varying from 5 to 25 minutes according to the demand. In addition to that, the belts are of high quality, hey are made of non-toxic and non-stick material.
