Arabic Bread Section
The primary proofer is used to raise the dough balls. It consists of seven layers so that it gives the perfect fermentation process. It receives the dough balls by belts, which have special profile fixed in the center to guarantee the balance.
The inner space of the proofer is totally isolated by mobile transparent plexi glass windows that facilitate the cleaning process.
Furthermore, this unit has multi speed motor, knowing that the raising process lasts form 3 to 15 minutes, according to the demand of the customer.
